Travelling this holiday season? Read on for tips and tricks on making your trips safer and healthier:

If you find yourself on a long plane ride, remember to get up and move around. When you’re seated for long periods of time, blood can pool in your calves increasing your risk of blood clots. Walking up and down the aisle or standing on your toes a few times can help pump blood back up your legs. If you’re travelling by car and can’t move around too much, lifting your heels off the ground a few times can have a similar effect. Happy travels!
