About You

You’re passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. You care deeply about client safety, comfort, and outcomes, and you excel at building trust and communication with the individuals you treat. You take pride in creating treatment plans that empower clients to reach their goals and following through to help them succeed.

You are looking for a short term position and able to work a busy schedule for the months of November and December, 2025. There is the potential of a long-term position beyond December for the right fit!

Scheduling

We are currently looking for coverage for the following shifts for the months of November and December, 2025:

Mondays: 1:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Tuesdays: 7 am - 1:30 pm

Wednesdays: 1:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Thursdays: 7 am - 1 pm

Fridays: 1:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Saturdays (alternating every other week): 9 am - 4 pm

Compensation

We offer a competitive and transparent compensation structure. As an Independent Contractor*, you’ll receive:

• 70% of revenue received for massage therapy services

• Private treatment rooms with hydraulic tables, handwashing stations, and charting workspaces
• Access to treatment modalities - hydrocollator for heat
• All linens, towels, blankets, and laundry services
• Full-time administrative support for booking, billing, and receivables
• Client Relations team to ensure excellent client experiences (and to help manage challenges)
• In-house Marketing team to help grow your caseload
