How to Claim Your Voucher

1. Visit the Concord Pacific Presentation Centre in Burnaby.
2. Complete a Concord Pacific sales presentation to receive your Total Therapy voucher for a complimentary 45-minute Kinesiology session.
3. Contact Total Therapy to book your one-on-one session before the voucher expires on February 28, 2026.
4. Bring the physical voucher to either our Brentwood or Metrotown Total Therapy location to redeem your session.

• Booking Requirements
  
  • Call the location you would like to book at and let our receptionist know you are booking your Concord Pacific Exclusive Complimentary Kinesiology Session.
• To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following terms for the complimentary Kinesiology session voucher:
  • Physical Voucher Required: Clients must present the physical voucher at the clinic to redeem the session.
  • Non-refundable: The voucher cannot be refunded.
  • Non-transferable: The voucher is valid only for the individual who claims it and cannot be transferred to another person or used for other treatment types.
  • Non-redeemable for cash: The voucher holds no cash value.
  • Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please review our full cancellation policy for details.
  • Eligibility: This offer is not available for ICBC or WSBC patients.
  • Expiration: The voucher must be redeemed by February 28, 2026.
  • Location: Redeemable at Total Therapy’s Brentwood or Metrotown locations.
