Suncha Satney
Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, or life transitions? Maybe you've tried different ways to cope, but nothing seems to bring lasting change. You're not alone and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I work well with people who are navigating difficult experiences at work, who feel disconnected from what brings them joy, or are seeking new ways to address their current challenges. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space for you. Together, we’ll explore your concerns, what’s worked well before, and equip you with tools to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
We will also explore your goals, values, and techniques that resonate with you. We’ll work collaboratively to help you take steps toward a life you believe is worth living. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques, tailoring my methods to best suit each client’s unique needs. However, my therapeutic approach is usually informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which helps uncover patterns that keep you stuck and reconnect you with what you value most.
Counseling is deeply personal and can be likened to a journey—like climbing a mountain. Sometimes, life’s path gets difficult, and our current tools for climbing don’t work well. I feel honored to join you on this journey and create a safe space where we can gently explore what you need to keep going.
