Frequently Asked Questions
A Bodyworker provides accessible bodywork using hands-on techniques such as Swedish massage, trigger point work, and deep tissue manipulation. Sessions are designed to promote relaxation, release muscle tension, improve circulation, and support general wellness.
Bodywork services are offered at both our Brentwood and Metrotown locations.
Yes — Bodywork is a great, cost-effective option for people experiencing stress or muscle tightness who don’t have extended health benefits or have already used them up.
Your session will begin with a brief consultation to discuss your goals for the session and any areas of tension or discomfort. Your session includes a personalized bodywork session designed to promote relaxation and help ease muscle tightness.
Most wellness goals take more than one session to notice the best results! Your Bodyworker will work with you to create a personalized bodywork plan based on your preferences and focus areas.
Each session builds on the previous one, helping you feel more relaxed, release muscle tension, and support your ongoing well-being.
Bodywork sessions incorporate a variety of techniques tailored to your needs. Swedish massage uses gentle, flowing strokes to promote relaxation and improve circulation. For deeper muscle tension, deep tissue massage applies targeted pressure to release chronic tightness.
