Dr. Frankie Cao
I completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Co-op) from the University of Waterloo before earning my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
As a competitive badminton player since my early teens, I developed a deep appreciation for human movement, injury recovery, and performance. This passion led me to pursue a career in chiropractic, where I enjoy helping patients reduce pain, improve function, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
I believe the best outcomes come from a collaborative, patient-centered approach. I work closely with each individual to develop personalized treatment plans that may include hands-on care, exercise rehabilitation, and education to support long-term results and overall well-being.
I have a special interest in treating TMJ dysfunction, headaches, neck pain, and back pain. I am committed to providing evidence-informed care and empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy hiking, golfing, playing badminton, and discovering new food spots.
I am able to communicate with patients in both English and Cantonese.
