Justin Eng

Hello! My name is Justin. I was born and raised in Vancouver, BC, and I recently graduated from Capilano University at the end of 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. I grew up playing a variety of sports, including soccer, basketball, and martial arts. Through these experiences and the injuries that came along with them, I developed a strong interest in movement, rehabilitation, and injury prevention, which ultimately led me to pursue kinesiology.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at the gym, out on the mountain hiking in the summer or skiing in the winter, or planning my next trip to Japan.

I’m excited to be joining the Total Therapy team and am passionate about helping clients move better, recover confidently, and improve their overall quality of life. You can find me at the Brentwood location or at the local community centre providing hydrotherapy services.
