Justin Eng
Born and raised in Vancouver, I completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology at Capilano University, graduating on the Dean’s List for academic excellence. With a background in soccer, basketball, and Hapkido martial arts, I developed a strong appreciation for movement. After experiencing multiple ankle sprains, I became particularly interested in active rehabilitation, injury prevention, and helping individuals return to full function.
Before becoming a Practicing Kinesiologist, I worked as a personal trainer, building a strong foundation in strength and conditioning. I now integrate evidence-based active rehabilitation with progressive, functional strength training to support clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents or sport-related injuries, helping them improve movement quality and reduce the risk of re-injury.
My practice focuses on injury prevention, sports and active rehabilitation, return-to-work conditioning, and supporting recovery from ICBC-related injuries. My client-centered approach emphasizes individualized programming, clear communication, and ongoing feedback, ensuring clients feel supported and confident throughout every stage of their recovery journey.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy hiking, skiing, bodybuilding, and playing pickleball. My goal is to help clients move better, feel stronger, and safely return to the activities and daily demands that matter most to them.
