After completing both my bachelor's and master's degrees in Traditional Chinese Medicine in China, I moved to Vancouver and began practicing as a registered acupuncturist in 2015. I later continued my studies at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2019. Since then, I’ve enjoyed offering both acupuncture and massage therapy in my practice.

People often ask me which modality I prefer—acupuncture or massage—but I truly value both equally. Each offers unique benefits and supports healing in different ways. Acupuncture can help restore balance in the body by stimulating specific points along the meridians, and I often incorporate techniques like cupping or scraping to release muscle tension, improve circulation, and support detoxification. Whether through the deep, hands-on approach of massage or the targeted energy work of acupuncture and cupping, I tailor each treatment to meet the individual needs of my clients.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy traveling with my family and cooking delicious meals to share with family and friends.
