Dear Valued Clients,

At the end of 2024, we decided to defer our annual rate adjustments for last year. Since then, we have been gathering feedback and working with our practitioners to determine how to update our services and fees for 2025.

After careful consideration, we are managing to hold most fees at their current rates, limiting any increases to a minimum while also reducing others. These changes will be going into effect on June 9, 2025. The main priority for us is to continue to provide the best quality experience while maintaining access to our services during these challenging economic times.

In addition, we have worked to streamline and create several new service options. These will offer more flexibility for your continued care and provide our therapists with the tools to best personalize your treatment plans. Please take your time to familiarize yourself with the changes, including the highlights below.

• More accessible options: Includes reduced fees and shorter service durations to better fit your needs.
• Expanded package options: Offering greater flexibility and value.
• No ICBC user fees: All ICBC-approved services are now completely user fee free!
• Minimal rate increases: Keeping accessibility a top priority.
