This package includes:

  • 6 x 30-minute private Kinesiology sessions

With our skilled Kinesiologists guiding you, you’ll work on personalized fitness plans tailored to your unique needs, helping you move better and feel stronger.

Relax Package*

Take a break from the stresses of life and indulge in our Relax Package. Unwind, rejuvenate, and find your inner calm with this package.

This package includes:

  • 6 x 60-minute Bodyworker sessions

Our bodyworkers will provide therapeutic treatments that target your specific needs, helping you relax, alleviate tension, and achieve a sense of balance and tranquillity.

*Due to limited scheduling availability, the Relax Package is currently only offered at our North Burnaby location with limited hours.

  • Packages must be used within 6 months of the purchase date.
  • Packages are non-refundable.
  • Packages are non-transferable to another patient or treatment type.
  • Packages are not redeemable for cash.
  • No-show fees are in effect. Please provide 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointments.
  • Relax Package is only offered at our North Burnaby location with limited availability
