Andy Lai - Administrative Team, Practicing Kinesiologist

Being fascinated with the human body and movement at a young age brought me naturally into the Kinesiology program at the University of Waterloo. But as with anything in life, one door opens and you are introduced to even more opportunities. I started at Total Therapy as a co-op student and have continued growing with the fantastic team over the years.

In the last few years, I have also taken on the role of Director of Marketing and IT. I am so thankful to be surrounded by such a great group of colleagues and friends as I pursue my career.

When not in the clinic, you can find me on the badminton court, trail running or in my kitchen trying out new recipes. I am also looking forward to attending the Consumer Electronic Show (CES) in the future.
