Having previous experience as a Kinesiologist, I have always had an interest in health and fitness. Wanting to be able to further help patients aside from providing therapeutic exercises is what pushed me to obtain my diploma in massage therapy from WCCMT. Whether you are coming in for corrective or maintenance work, my goal for my patients is to reduce and manage pain, restore mobility, and provide proper home care to prolong the effectiveness of our treatment.

My treatments include a variety of techniques such as Swedish, myofascial, trigger point release, and joint mobilizations. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time at the gym, going on hikes, playing badminton and video gaming.
