Dear Valued Clients of Total Therapy,
With Total Therapy’s return to in-clinic care, the health and safety of our clients and staff always comes first. We are continuing to carefully review each of our therapists’ respective governing body guidelines surrounding best practices to ensure a safe and gradual resumption to in-clinic care.
Please be advised that we are returning to a new normal where your sessions will look different then they have in the past. Therapists are empowered to perform risk assessments and make appropriate decisions that may require modification to your treatment plan. Rest assured that any such decision will be made in the best interest of the client.
Prior to booking your appointment, please review the below information and understand that certain safety requirements will be required by clients and staff for your appointment to proceed, including:
- the use of face-coverings while inside the clinic
- the completion of a COVID-19 medical screen prior to visiting the clinic
For more details on safety and protocol requirements, please read the COVID-19 Enhanced Safety Protocol Summary document below.
Please check back frequently as this information will be updated regularly, and do not hesitate to reach out with your questions. We look forward to safely seeing you in person again soon.
