Healthy Back Clinic

This is a great option for those with previous back problems or those looking to learn about the latest techniques in preventing back pain. This clinic will provide you with the tools to address the causes of back pain and prevent future problems. Our practicing kinesiologists will work with you to increase your core strength and stability, correct postural problems, and improve your biomechanics. For more information, call 604-437-9355.

Core Performance

Looking to gain an extra edge on your athletic performance? This class is designed around the latest scientific research on core training. Increase your strength, power, and agility in this high-intensity class. Train your core using the same principles applied by Olympic competitors and professional athletes. Wednesday: 8 – 9 p.m.


Yoga – Pilates Fusion unites the calming and meditative aspects of yoga with the strength and conditioning principles of Pilates. Using a combination of balance-challenging static holds and core-activating movements, this class promotes muscular strength, flexibility, and postural control. Mindfulness and awareness of breath are combined to allow the body to go deeper into the poses.
